Terms & Conditions for Brand & Biz Audit

By purchasing this 30-minute private call, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Provided

Zone of Genius LLC (“Company”) agrees to provide a one-time, 30-minute coaching and consulting call focused on business and brand support.

2. No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings. The coaching call is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Therapy

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. No medical, legal, or financial advice will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted once payment is made.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their call with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the call without refund or credit. Calls must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.

6. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for applying any insights, strategies, or recommendations shared. The Company is not liable for the Client’s decisions, actions, or results.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and concepts shared during the call are the intellectual property of Zone of Genius LLC and are provided for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all discussions during the call, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Non-Transferable

This service is non-transferable. Only the purchaser is entitled to the coaching call.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from this service.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved through binding arbitration in Ventura County, California.
