3. License of Use

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of this Product, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zone of Genius LLC and its representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of the Company or any third party.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Amendments
Zone of Genius LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The updated version will be effective upon posting to the product page or sales page.
13. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zone of Genius LLC regarding your purchase and use of The Authentic Sales Kit and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or representations.
